Terms of use
Effective 25 August 2026. These terms apply when you create an account, use free practice or buy CandidateMode digital access.
Using CandidateMode
You must provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in secure and use the service lawfully for your own preparation. Do not share paid access, scrape the library, republish questions, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
Practice content
CandidateMode provides preparation and educational practice, not a promise of recruitment success. Questions, explanations, scores and benchmarks are guidance; employers may change their live assessments at any time.
Purchases
Prices and the access included are shown before checkout. Payments are one-off unless the checkout page explicitly says otherwise. Stripe processes payment information. Purchased access may be suspended or revoked after a refund, chargeback, fraud, misuse or a legal requirement.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but maintenance and faults may occur. We may improve, replace or remove content while preserving the core access reasonably expected from the purchased product.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, CandidateMode is not responsible for recruitment decisions, employer systems or indirect losses caused by relying on practice content.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights that apply where they live.
