Refund policy
CandidateMode currently sells one-off digital access. This policy does not limit rights you have under consumer law.
Before access begins
If you buy digital content as a UK consumer, a 14-day cancellation period may apply. The right to cancel can end once digital supply begins where you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that consequence.
When something is wrong
If the purchased access is not activated, materially unavailable or not as described, contact us promptly. We will investigate and provide access, a suitable remedy or a refund where required.
How to request a refund
Email support@candidatemode.com with your account email, purchase date and reason. Do not send card details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe; bank processing times vary.
Effect on access
A full refund or successful chargeback revokes the entitlements created by that payment. A partial refund does not automatically remove access unless agreed as part of the resolution.
